vantagenAI is operated by Search Technology, Inc. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the vantagenAI service provided by Search Technology, Inc. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Search Technology, Inc.
vantagenAI is provided for authorized technology, patent, publication, and innovation analysis workflows. You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content and downstream use comply with applicable law, contracts, and internal policy.
Users are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, maintaining accurate registration information, and complying with verification, country, and usage requirements applied by the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
vantagenAI relies on the Google Gemini API, which is available only in the countries and territories listed at Gemini API available regions. Access to the service from outside these regions is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account found using the service from outside the supported regions, including through the use of proxies or other means to disguise location.
Account information is retained in accordance with applicable statutory requirements. Accounts are deleted 180 days after the last active subscription expires (or 180 days after registration for accounts that never held a subscription). After deletion we retain no record of the account, and continued use of the service requires registering again.
Paid plans, subscriptions, renewals, and top-ups are governed by the active billing configuration and provider terms. Credit consumption may limit access to certain product actions until additional credits are available.
Analytical outputs should be reviewed by qualified users. vantagenAI supports research and decision-making workflows but does not replace professional, legal, technical, or commercial judgment.
