This Privacy Policy explains how vantagenAI handles account information, uploaded datasets, usage activity, and operational data required to deliver the product experience.
We may process account registration details, authentication and verification details, uploaded files, selected analysis fields, prompt usage, credit and billing activity, and product interaction data needed to provide vantagenAI.
Information is used to operate the service, secure accounts, manage credits and subscriptions, support product analytics, troubleshoot issues, and improve the accuracy and reliability of vantagenAI workflows.
Uploaded data should be limited to information you are authorized to process. Uploaded datasets are stored on our servers and expire 30 days after your last interaction with that dataset — loading it into vantagenAI, sending a prompt that uses it, or clicking Renew on the dataset management page each resets that 30-day window. When a dataset is deleted — whether you delete it, or it is removed automatically after expiry — any chat history associated with that dataset is deleted along with it.
Personal and account data, and the datasets and activity associated with your account, reside on our servers for 30 days from your last interaction. By using the service you grant us the right to store this data for that period; you retain the right to have your data stored on this basis and the right to request its deletion at any time.
We do not store your date of birth — at registration it is used only to confirm that you are 18 or older, and only that confirmation is retained. Account information itself is retained in accordance with applicable statutory requirements; see our Terms & Conditions for how long accounts are kept after a subscription ends.
