vantagenAI membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment provider, Paddle. Each payment covers the upcoming one-month service period, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not end your current period. You keep access to your membership and its credit allotment until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which no further charges are made.
Membership payments are non-refundable, including for partial or unused periods. Because cancelling always leaves your access in place until the end of the paid period, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for time remaining. Credits already granted or consumed are likewise non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation — contact us promptly through the Contact Us page. We will investigate and correct any genuine billing error, which may include issuing a refund for that specific error.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the terms above.
